Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization and help strengthen company‑wide HR functions. This role combines hands‑on HR operations with strategic support, focusing on talent management, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee development.
Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Improve HR processes and systems to support efficiency and scalability.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files.
Partner with leadership to promote a consistent, productive, and positive work environment.
Support training, development, morale, and retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of broad HR experience in a small or growth‑oriented organization.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage HR programs and processes.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and talent management.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
HR leadership experience.
SHRM‑CP certification.
Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or transportation (preferred but not required).
Experience with independent contractor or driver compliance.
Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
Advanced degree (MBA).
