Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative and executive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Executive Assistant manages the CFO's complex schedule, coordinates executive and university-wide committees, handles sensitive correspondence, and prepares financial and operational reports. They serve as a facilitator between the CFO, the senior management team, the Board of Trustees, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CFO's office and the overall finance division. The role is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the CFO's office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain all schedules (appointments, travel, meetings, etc).
Answer, manage and direct calls to / for the CFO.
Establish and maintain e-filing system.
Prepare executive correspondence, reports, documents, etc using Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist the CFO in creating a more efficient and productive work environment.
Order food and provide material (when required) for committee meetings.
Order and maintain supplies for the office.
Meet, greet and address the needs of all visitors to the CFO.
Capacity to quickly learn new Touro-based programs (Unimarket, Touro One).
Work on and / or manage other projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years prior experience in a senior administrative capacity.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Reliability and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks.
Experience working in a financially focused environment preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
Maximum Salary:
USD $72,751.00 / Yr.
Minimum Salary:
USD $58,200.00 / Yr.
