Job Skills / Requirements
Security, military, or law‑enforcement supervisory experience preferred.
Willing and able to travel between the Burr Ridge and Bolingbrook locations.
Valid PERC Card preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have reliable transportation and a means of communication.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Read and understand written instruction; communicate information and ideas in clear, concise written form.
Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
Scheduling Expectations
You will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
Shifts, days off, hours per week, etc. will vary based on operational need.
You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some shifts will be scheduled in advance; others may require short‑notice coverage.
You are expected to work any shift you are scheduled for within your availability.
For short‑notice call‑ins you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% of called shifts may negatively impact your employment status.
Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification Requirements PERC Card.
