Requirements
Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.) Expectations
Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed) Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
