to join our New Britain Learning Center. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative clinical team dedicated to creating meaningful outcomes for children and families. What You’ll Do Supervise and support RBTs Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and FBAs Review data regularly and adjust programs as needed Provide parent training and staff coaching Maintain ethical and clinical compliance Support a minimum of

BCBA certification
