Nu Image’s Wake Forest periodontal office is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Hygienist with a commitment to patient education and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a specialist environment, works collaboratively with our periodontal team, and is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive hygiene care, including scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and patient assessments under supervision of our periodontists.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and the importance of periodontal health.
Build rapport with patients to ensure comfort, trust, and continuity of care.
Document treatment, education, and clinical findings accurately in electronic health records.
Collaborate effectively with periodontists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
Adhere to all infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized operatory.

Requirements
Current Dental Hygiene license for the state of North Carolina.
