All Star Physical Therapy in Murrieta, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. Responsibilities
Review patients’ medical history
Provide excellent 1:1 care for patients, spending an average of 30 minutes with each person
Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter
Comply with all regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance
Communicate effectively with patients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in California (or ability to obtain state licensure)
CPR and first aid certification required
AHA BLS required
Experienced physical therapists and new grads welcome to apply
Must successfully complete all pre‑employment standards
