Schedule SCHEDULE:
Days – Hybrid (after training), hourly, some evenings and weekends may be required. Some travel may be required with an agency vehicle provided. Training at the office in Waukon.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related Human Services field or 5 years relevant work experience.
Experience:
Minimum one (1) year working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
Compliance Knowledge:
Proven ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
Setting Experience:
Previous experience within an HCBS setting is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
