Amergis Healthcare has an opportunity for compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in a residential/educational Setting in Greenfield, NH.
Local Pay: Up to $25/hour, based on experience
Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older High school diploma or equivalent, plus one of the following: Any college degree 12 or more college credits in Human Services, Education, Psychology, or related field, OR 2 years (3000 hours) of experience working with children or working with adults with disabilities in a residential group home setting, OR Parenting experience (child age 7 ), OR Combo of education experience totaling 2 years Schedule: 35 Hours per week, Sunday – Wednesday or Thursday -Saturday Overnight: 9:45 PM — 7:15 AM Evening: 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM Double Shift: 7:00 AM — 10:00 PM Mixes with 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM shifts for full-time hours Day Shift Job Duties
Support students in daily routines, activities, and therapeutic programs. Assist with hygiene, mobility, and communication needs. Implement behavior support plans and follow safety protocols. Engage students in recreational and educational activities, including swimming Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Duration: 26 weeks Benefits
