Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Nights
Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, part of Centers Health Care, is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our night unit. The position covers nights (11 PM – 7 AM), with day shift coverage every other weekend, at our 124‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Rochester, NY.
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Two‑Tiered Insurance Plan: Medical and Dental
Duties
Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit
Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
Maintain the standards of care for the unit
Review resident records and quality of care
Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
Address questions or complaints from residents or families
Represent the unit’s interests with upper‑level management
Requirements
Must hold a valid NYS RN License
2 years of long‑term care experience preferred
1‑year charge nurse experience preferred
Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group
Strong computer skills
Exceptional communication skills
