Job Description
Up to a $12,500 sign‑on bonus available for select Med Surg RN Residency night shift positions.
Saint Luke’s East Hospital is looking for a New Grad Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Surgical Intermediate Unit.
Position details
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – MSI
Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Nights
Location: Saint Luke’s East Hospital, Kansas City, MO
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Perform patient care, delegate patient care tasks, and supervise other patient care staff.
Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Job Requirements
1 year applicable experience.
Registered Nurse license (MO) – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
Associate Degree in Nursing.
