Role:
Channel Lead in
Chicago, IL (Southwest Chicago Suburbs)
within the
Great Lakes Region Sales Team . This role manages the execution of the strategic plan within the assigned part of the
off-premise channel
or customer groups. This role solidifies the MCBC relationship within the distributor territory and executes our distributor strategy and executional priorities, including work with retail surveys and retail visits with distributor area managers and/or sales reps. This position reports to the Sr Distributor Sales Executive and works closely with the broader Distributor Sales Organization, Chain Sales Executives and Field Marketing. Responsibilities
Owns execution of strategic plans to help the company hit revenue and profit goals. Builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the company, ensuring distributor channel salespeople are aware of and executing on organizational priorities and programs. These relationships are critical for effective and aligned execution. Influences and supports distributor execution within the assigned channel. Responsible for executional priorities, conducting work with retail surveys and retail visits with distributor area managers and/or sales reps. Key Ingredients
1+ years sales experience. CPG, Beverage or Alcohol preferred Customer and solution oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solid analytical skills – basic finance/business skills Effective problem solving High energy team player with strong collaboration and social skills Beverage Bonuses

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings:
$68,500.00–$89,900.00 (posting salary range) plus 15% target short-term incentive plus $23,000 average spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP, and paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick days). The posting range provided above is the amount we believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is determined by non-discriminatory factors including location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
