With a strong international presence and a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency, they are looking to strengthen their position in the German market by hiring an experienced Key Account Manager to lead business development efforts within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment (McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, etc).
Position Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for Germany within the Foodservice and QSR channels. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on identifying and closing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients by offering tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the commercial strategy for the Foodservice and Quick Service Restaurants channels in Germany.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the industry, including QSR chains, foodservice distributors, and logistics partners.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to align client needs with tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales approach.
Report to the European Sales Director and maintain accurate CRM records of all commercial activity.
Candidate Profile (M/F/D)
Several years of B2B sales experience in the Foodservice and/or QSR sectors in Germany.
Solid understanding of the HORECA ecosystem, foodservice distribution networks, and organized food retail.
Previous experience selling technical solutions or industrial/technology‑based products is a strong plus.
Proven track record in business development, key account management, and complex negotiations.
Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and growth.
Native‑level German and professional English required (for internal reporting).
Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
