This position supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program and offers opportunities to promote a positive shopping experience, enhance customer service, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean the area around the Donation trailer/pod at the start and end of each shift.

Assist donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts.

Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by the supervisor.

Separate and sort donated material into the proper containers, and secure material as instructed.

Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks as needed.

Inform the supervisor of needed items before supplies run out (e.g., brooms, receipts, totes, carts).

Secure and lock the Donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Must pass a background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry).

Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.

Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, customers, and donors.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.

Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as carts, racks, and small furniture.

Ability to move product up to 75 lbs.

Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.

May perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule Our stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by management; employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Full‑time associates may be scheduled for any full‑time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
