Job Description About the job you’re considering

Main responsibility is to manage product backlog, define product vision (alongside Product Manager as primarily responsible), and act as liaison between business and development team.

Your role

Prioritize and manage the User Story level product backlog through constant updates, be available to dev team to answer questions on client needs/views of how the team is configuring new features

Accept and groom user stories and ensure that appropriate tasks are under user stories including testing and deployments

Consistently deliver on artifacts such as user stories, business requirements documents, Business plan/roadmaps

Report out to stakeholders and greater team meetings on KPI’s and current status of work

Outline goals for each PI through intensive PI plans

Coordinate with the other teams to ensure on-time and efficient delivery in consideration of open dependencies. This includes attending all PO syncs and various meetings

Work with client to schedule demos at times that the developers can join to provide the demo. If developers are not available, demo yourself

Assist in facilitation of various workshops to uncover use cases for implementation

Ensure constant communication as liaison between client, platform architects and development team, leading discovery and working sessions

Help with development/deployment work when necessary

Update weekly status report (WSR) and attend internal team meetings

Help coordinate Copado deployments if needed to deliver on time

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $72,800-169,470.
