Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in SQL and other analytics tools.
JIRA knowledge.
Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
