Position Summary The 3rd Grade Teacher will provide a learning experience that is culturally relevant, challenging and fun. Candidates should be driven to prepare children for the future by helping them build confidence and a strong sense of self-worth.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
LICENSURE:
Option 1: Current Minnesota teaching license in content area / grade levels (preferred)
Option 2: Equivalent knowledge / experience and willingness to obtain licensure
Desired Skills and Traits
Experience teaching in an urban public school or charter school setting
At least two years of experience with a proven track‑record of high achievement in the classroom
Commitment to professional growth and personal development
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting with high expectations
