As a Unit Manager you will receive weekly pay, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be part of a team that focuses on delivering high‑quality care to seniors while fostering a supportive work environment.
What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate nursing associates to ensure efficient and effective resident care.
Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans, with special attention to wound care management and resident education.
Monitor and maintain compliance with nursing standards, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
Provide direct resident care as needed, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care procedures.
Facilitate communication between residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Conduct associate training, performance evaluations, and support professional development initiatives.
Manage documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and confidentiality in resident records.
Our Ideal Candidate
Current, valid LPN state license.
Preferred: nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
Experience in a long‑term living facility is a plus, but not required.
Ability to juggle numerous tasks and make quick decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with residents, families, and team members.
Strong collaborative mindset in a team environment.
A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner.
