Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education to nursing home guests.
Supervise care services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions.
Assess health of guests, notify physician of changes and promptly implement new orders.
Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care.
Select and institute appropriate interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA) and development of a plan of care.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
CPR certification.
