Pay Range : $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Hours :

Day Shifts Open: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7a-7p

Night Shifts Open: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7p-7a

Responsibilities :

Medication administration per physician orders.

Physician‑ordered treatments: nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning (nasal, oral, endotracheal), ventilation care, seizure assessment and treatment.

Requirements :

Current, active Texas LVN license.

Current BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online).

G‑tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train.
