Job Duties
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care and educate family members to enhance positive outcomes.
Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care.

Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Graduates Welcome).
Experience care in a client home setting.
