Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid Loan Officer position based in Dallas, TX, offering a blend of in‑office and remote work opportunities. The Loan Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with prospective borrowers, evaluating their financial information, and guiding them through the loan application process. Duties include assessing applicants' financial status, analyzing and recommending loan options, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The role requires strong collaboration and communication with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve successful loan closures.
Qualifications
Experience in Loan Origination and expertise as a Loan Officer.
Strong background in Finance and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
Understanding of Underwriting processes and guidelines.
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations is a plus.
Prior experience in a mortgage lending or financial environment is advantageous.
