Payroll Analyst I
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for multiple affiliates.
Assist with bi‑weekly pay and monthly/annual cyclical payroll tasks.
Apply 16+ state jurisdiction tax and labor regulations.
Build understanding of SAP Payroll Modules.
Maintain daily support activities, including employee information and time pay records.
Provide specialized support and perform special processing, such as pay deductions and reconciliations.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred).
Experience:
1 year in payroll or related environment (payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, AP, taxes, SAP time‑entry).
Licenses/Certifications:
CPP (preferred).
Skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), meeting deadlines, applying payroll regulations, minimal supervision.
Preferred Knowledge:
Payroll tax filing, SAP time entry, payroll concepts.
Payroll Analyst II
Perform all Analyst I duties.
Handle complex issues, advanced reporting, and system troubleshooting.
Support special projects and initiatives.
Coordinate and troubleshoot testing with IT; manage year‑end/start activities.
Assist in system upgrades and business requirement implementation.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience:
3 years in payroll or related field; advanced SAP Payroll knowledge.
Licenses/Certifications:
CPP (preferred).
Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency, applying payroll regulations, resolving non‑routine situations.
Preferred Knowledge:
Payroll tax filing, payroll/HR system coordination.
Payroll Analyst III
Perform duties of Analyst I and II.
Primary SAP system responsibilities: execute processing, interface management, troubleshoot.
Annual reporting, tax form filing, and compliance oversight.
Lead payroll projects, system testing, and enhancements.
Recommend solutions for accounting and payroll issues.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience:
5 years in payroll environment; SAP Payroll knowledge.
Licenses/Certifications:
CPP (preferred).
Skills:
Advanced payroll knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred Knowledge:
Payroll tax filing, payroll/HR system coordination.
