Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The BCBA reports directly to the Clinical Administrator. The BCBA supports our programs in Atlantic and Cumberland county.

Salary:

$77,000 - $81,000

Responsibilities

Provide behavior support to individuals within your assigned programs.

Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring/diagnostic evaluation and behavioral support for challenging behaviors.

Consultation on Individual Support Plans, Goals, Objectives.

Training, quality oversight and supervision of behavior specialist/RBT's with respect to behavior support, required documentation and therapeutic interventions.

On call responsibilities are limited to phone consultation to assigned programs.

Qualifications

Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

One year experience working with IDD population.

Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans.

Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
