Job Description
Manage complex, high-volume executive calendars and scheduling.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Process and reconcile business expense reports accurately.
Schedule and support internal and external meetings and events.
Prepare and manage confidential documents and files.
Maintain internal reports and databases.
Provide cross-functional administrative support as needed.
Serve as backup support for reception and office operations.
Position Requirements
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work.
