Associate Project Manager
to oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Newark, Delaware. What You'll Do
Lead site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with standards and client expectations. Design with precision using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision. Build and nurture client relationships, delivering exceptional results. Identify and seize new business opportunities. Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing. Guide and support junior staff, fostering collaboration. Implement rigorous quality control measures. Enhance professional development in business development, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise. What You Bring
Professional Engineer license in Delaware. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision. Track record managing commercial and residential land development projects. Strong client management and interpersonal skills. Business development acumen and proactive opportunity identification.
