Join us as an Associate Project Manager and play a key role in coordinating and delivering land development projects from concept through construction. You’ll help manage schedules, budgets, permitting efforts, and client communication while also contributing to technical design work. This role offers hybrid flexibility, practical responsibility, and a supportive team dedicated to helping you grow into a confident project leader.
Project Management and Coordination
Help guide projects through all phases, from entitlement to construction.
Assist with scoping, fee development, scheduling, and overall project planning.
Coordinate internal teams, resources, and workflows to keep projects on track.
Participate in client meetings, prepare notes, track action items, and support day to day client communication.
Contribute to proposal development and business development research to help strengthen client relationships.
Permitting and Entitlements
Assist in preparing and coordinating permitting packages across multiple agencies.
Support strategy development to streamline approvals for both large scale energy projects and compact commercial sites.
Stay organized and proactive with submittals, revisions, and permit tracking.
Technical Responsibilities
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to support site layout, grading plans, utility design, and other land development components.
Assist in the design of potable water and wastewater systems, surface water management systems, roadway layouts, and stormwater infrastructure.
Partner with senior engineers to ensure high quality, accurate, and efficient technical deliverables.
Project Exposure
Work on a mix of commercial developments, solar and battery storage facilities, and stormwater driven projects.
Gain hands on experience with both small infill sites and large scale, multi discipline developments.
Take ownership of parts of a project while learning how to manage full projects over time.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university
PE required
Strong Civil 3D design experience
Familiarity with HydroCAD, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred
