CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – ServiceNow position for our client.

Duration:
12 Months
Duties
Develop and implement solutions in the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module.
Support Operational Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, Continuous Authorization & Monitoring, Operational Resilience, and Regulatory Change Management processes.
Integrate virtual agent/chatbot functionality to automate workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, test, and document platform changes.
Skills
Expertise with ServiceNow IRM module configuration and development.
Experience with Operational Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Resilience workflows.
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations.
Virtual agent/chatbot integration experience.
Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
Experience
5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
Proven track record in supporting or implementing Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Resilience processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
