FT/ Weekday Awake Over Night (AON)- Direct Support Professional (DSP) Rate of Pay $22/hr FLSA Status: Non-exempt We are seeking a
Full- Time Weekday Awake Over Night Direct Support Professional (DSP)
to provide support to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. All four individuals are active, engaged, and strongly connected to their families and community. The DSP will ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment throughout the night while promoting independence and dignity. This position is: MONDAY- THURSDAY 11pm- 9am Job Responsibilities: Provide
overnight supervision , ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in the home. Support individuals with maintaining their independence and preferences, respecting their routines and choices. Provide support with daily skills such as shopping, personal hygiene, meal planning, cooking, and household cleaning to promote independence and healthy routines. Monitor the home environment, complete routine checks, and respond promptly to needs or emergencies. Communicate effectively with the daytime team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain a clean and organized environment; complete overnight household tasks as assigned. Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, when applicable Other duties as assigned Benefits include: Sick and Vacation time Short and Long-term disability plans Paid Holidays Paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D Preferred Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record Must have at least 2 years of Driving experience Must be able to transport people supported as needed Some lifting and transferring may be required
