Job Overview: General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs, and maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Greet customers on the sales floor and provide assistance. Recommend merchandise based on customer needs. Maintain displays in proper order. Mix paint and cut fabric as required. Base Pay Range
$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr Hourly Wage:
$14 - $27 per hour Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Employment Details
