Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.**Job Responsibilities:**Roles & Responsibilities:* Proficient in Design & Development of Complete Seating Systems (Seats).* Good understanding of regulatory requirements of North America (FMVSS),Europe (ECE), and other regions.* Developing & maintaining of DFMEA, Engineering open issues list.* Good knowledge of seat comfort / craftsmanship requirements and* Good knowledge of seat trim cover design and development.* Preparing DVP and understanding of various OEM specific requirements.* Proficiency in the design of Sheet metal Components, foam pads, plastics andmechanisms integration.* Product feasibility study & development of new parts in co-ordination withplant team & Supplier* BOM creation, 2d drawings, manufacturing drawings* RFQ and costing of new projects.* Knowledge of PDM & PLM* Mentoring of the junior engineers in the team and conducting performanceappraisals.
