Amber Hill Therapy Centers is looking for a Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in outpatient PT to join our growing team in New Market, MD. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of orthopedic conditions, enjoys working with patients of all ages, and takes pride in helping patients recover from injury or illness. We are looking for a creative, collaborative Physical Therapist who can work with other healthcare providers to provide the most comprehensive care for patients.
Compensation $80,000
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland or eligible for licensure
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Strong clinical reasoning and hands‑on manual therapy skills
Ability to develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑based environment
Strong time management and documentation skills

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and rehabilitation prognosis
Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based physical therapy services
Maintain working knowledge of relevant medical conditions and treatment approaches
Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely
Skills
Strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Solid understanding of common musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
Ability to adapt treatment approaches to individual patient needs
