Position Overview At Kendra Scott, we believe in the power of storytelling to bring beauty, joy, and connection to everything we create. Video allows us to share those stories in a way that feels authentic, human, and inspiring. We’re seeking a talented Videographer to join our Creative Services team — a visual storyteller who can translate our brand values into captivating motion content that resonates across every channel.

This role will help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life through elevated video content spanning social, eCommerce, and campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on creative who thrives in both production and post‑production, with a passion for crafting visually stunning narratives that highlight our products, people, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, capture, and edit compelling video content that reflects the Kendra Scott brand across digital platforms.

Partner with Creative Services, eCommerce, and Social teams to produce video assets that enhance brand storytelling and visual consistency.

Develop and execute a regular cadence of styling and product‑focused videos for use across eCommerce and marketing channels.

Support social content creation by capturing and editing short‑form video assets that align with seasonal campaigns and brand moments.

Produce high‑quality in‑studio and on‑location video content, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and sound.

Edit and deliver polished video work using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing software.

Adapt content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and web.

Apply color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

Support post‑production workflows to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency across the team.

Stay informed on emerging trends, visual styles, and technologies within video, social, and digital storytelling.

Bonus: Capture high‑quality still photography that complements video work and extends the visual narrative of the brand.

What You Bring

A portfolio demonstrating a refined eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through video.

Proven experience capturing and editing a range of content types — from social‑first pieces to brand campaigns.

Technical proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio tools.

Expert‑level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.

A deep understanding of social and digital video trends, and how to tailor storytelling for various audiences and platforms.

A collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to balance creativity and strategy in a fast‑paced environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and brand alignment.

Bonus: Experience with still photography and post‑production editing.

Preferred Qualifications

4+ years of experience in videography, film production, or content creation within a brand, agency, or studio environment.

Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and creative direction.

Experience mentoring or providing creative guidance to junior videographers, editors, or freelancers.

Strong storytelling instincts with an ability to craft narratives that elevate brand identity and emotional connection.

Demonstrated success producing high‑end campaign and eCommerce content in alignment with luxury or lifestyle brands.

Proficiency in motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing at a professional level.

Experience collaborating closely with art directors, stylists, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual strategy across all channels.

Strategic understanding of brand positioning, visual tone, and audience engagement through motion content.
