General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Additional Compensation
Additional compensation may include performance incentives, quarterly bonuses or premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Benefits & perks
