$26.00–$29.00 (plus tips). This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.

Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day management of the valet operation to ensure an excellent guest experience, good client relations, and a professional, courteous image.
Play a key part in creating and implementing a successful staging plan, utilizing all aspects of the location’s layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.
Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction.
Ensure guests receive timely, exceptional service by:
Courteously assisting guests and answering questions.
Assisting guests in and out of their vehicle.
Driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles safely and professionally.
Having thorough knowledge of all areas of the valet operation, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
Create a staffing schedule based on anticipated daily vehicle volume.
Maintain full compliance to standard operating procedures, while ensuring safety and security of vehicles and keys.
Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards.
Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
Ensure drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
Report any accidents, violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or other unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
Review damage claims.
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
Substitute for any position, if necessary.
Complete other duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School Graduate; a minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
Availability to work second shift, third shift, and/or weekends, if required.
Clear oral communication: speaks clearly, listens, and responds well to questions.
Clear written communication: writes clearly, informs, reads and interprets written information.
Guest service orientation: positive attitude, courteous and professional service.
Adaptability: adapts to changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Judgment: exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
Physical demands: regularly required to stand, walk, use hands; occasionally sit or climb; lift or move up to 25 pounds.
