Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day management of the valet operation to ensure an excellent guest experience and strong client relations.
Create and implement a successful staging plan by utilizing all aspects of the location’s layout to maximize parking capacity.
Participate in programs that improve client and guest satisfaction.
Ensure guests receive timely, exceptional service, including courteous assistance, vehicle assistance, safe driving, and thorough knowledge of the area.
Create a staffing schedule according to anticipated daily vehicle volume.
Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures, ensuring safety and security of vehicles and keys.
Prepare and process daily paperwork in accordance with audit compliance standards.
Identify vehicle make and model quickly; possess general vehicle knowledge.
Ensure drive lanes and crosswalks are free of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
Report any known accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
Review damage claims.
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a high‑performing valet team.
Substitute for any position, if necessary.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education / Experience Required:
High School Graduate; minimum six months of valet experience preferred.
Availability to Work:
Flexible for 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends as required.
License Requirement:
Valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
Oral Communication:
Speaks and listens clearly, responds well to questions.
Written Communication:
Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
Guest Service:
Strong guest orientation, positive attitude, courteous and professional assistance.
Adaptability:
Adapts to changes, handles delays and unexpected events.
Judgment:
Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
Physical Demands:
Regular standing, walking, use of hands to handle cash and equipment; occasional sitting, climbing or balancing; can lift or move up to 25 lbs.
Salary Range $26.00‑$29.00 (plus tips)
