BJC is hiring for a Product Manager.
The Product Manager for Supply Chain Operations Analytics is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of analytics solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. This role collaborates with operations, technology, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver tools that improve decision‑making. The Product Manager ensures that data‑driven insights translate into measurable improvements through appropriate prioritization, delivery management, customer engagement and training.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering products that support a consistent, intuitive and high‑quality experience for our patients and care teams across all interaction points including multiple digital channels. They will drive product strategy to align with overarching BJC initiatives ensuring the greatest value is delivered. This also includes prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a product team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product. To do this, the Product Manager will possess strong knowledge of clinician/patient journeys to ensure the product strategy and delivery enable the ideal experience. They hold end‑to‑end responsibility for a given product, manage a robust product backlog with a mission to shape and implement solutions that transform clinician and patient experiences, effectively manage multi‑disciplinary squad to meet desired KPIs and business outcomes. The Product Manager role is a critical role for ensuring an agile project successfully delivers value to the business.
Responsibilities
Partner with design team to consider usability testing and end‑user feedback to ensure product will address and resolve user pain points. Provide architecture and development teams sufficiently detailed feedback on user stories and product vision to ensure the team maintains the technical integrity of features / functionality. Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners. Responsible for assuring a level of quality has been achieved by validating that the Story meets acceptance criteria and approves stories as complete.
Serve as the voice of the user. Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product. Work with the product, design, and technology teams, among other stakeholders, to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Reports to Product Director and coordinates product requirements to align with other products that populate the end‑to‑end consumer experience. Possess a fundamental understanding of end‑to‑end clinician and patient journey to ensure digital capabilities enable the ideal experience while removing potential access and technology equity barriers.
Develop and own the product roadmap. Develop scope and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog (e.g. epics, features, user stories) to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that drive the product strategy. Master practitioner of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade‑off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Manage feedback from initial launch through the product lifecycle.
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
