About the Role We're looking for a marketing lead who can bridge creative content, event execution, and brand strategy — someone who’s hands‑on, understands Gen Z beauty consumers, and can turn concepts into real consumer experiences across both digital and physical retail. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in cross‑functional environments, brings creative solutions to the table, and has a passion for elevating beauty brands across both physical and digital channels. You will work closely with both the Brand Marketing and Sales teams to co‑develop campaign concepts, retail calendars, and execution plans tailored for each retail partner.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with brand managers and sales team to develop channel‑specific marketing plans and promotional calendars for key accounts (e.g. Miniso, Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom)
Liaise with retail partners’ marketing departments to execute joint marketing campaigns and co‑branded promotions
Plan and oversee in‑store promotions including GWP programs, merchandising rollouts, and seasonal activations
Organize and manage all marketing assets needed for campaigns — including POP displays, signage, gift packaging — in collaboration with design, warehouse, and procurement teams
Monitor campaign execution across stores, gather visual documentation and performance data, and prepare post‑campaign reports
Drive digital marketing efforts for retail partners including EDM campaigns, homepage banners, and social media collaborations
Manage the localization and finalization of product content and visuals for each channel
Represent the marketing team at on‑site events, pop‑ups, store openings, and trade shows (e.g., Cosmoprof, K‑Beauty Expo)
Oversee BA (Beauty Advisor) scheduling and execution of in‑store demos and activations
Manage influencer activations including seeding, content rollout, and campaign reporting
Track and report on marketing budgets, campaign costs, and vendor coordination
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or field activation (beauty or consumer goods preferred)
Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and own campaign execution across departments
Strong project management and communication skills; highly organized and accountable
Comfortable navigating retail timelines, internal collaboration, and fast‑paced execution
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Willingness to travel occasionally for store visits, events, and industry trade shows
