Executive Assistant to C‑Suite (Energy Sector)
We are seeking a highly skilled
Executive Assistant
for an energy-focused role at a leading investment firm. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior executive in a fast-paced and impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive 1:1 executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and board members.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive support to C‑suite leaders in finance or investment environments.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple high‑level responsibilities seamlessly.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Experience in the energy sector is highly desirable.
