Senior Sales Executive at Cali Raised LED Digital Content Specialist

Cali Raised LED is looking for a creative, reliable Digital Content Specialist to join our in-house marketing and media team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can take a concept and deliver finished content that looks polished and performs, from planning and filming to editing, publishing, and organizing final assets.

You will be responsible for producing and posting a consistent flow of photo, video, and digital content that supports product launches, promotions, brand storytelling, and customer education.

We are looking for someone who understands how to create high-quality content that fits a brand, feels natural, and is built for attention.

Graphic design skills are a major plus. We regularly need branded assets for social, web, email, dealer support, and print, so someone who can shoot, edit, design, and publish across multiple formats will have an expanded role and a lot of room to grow.

This is a 100% in‑house position based in Fort Worth, Texas, and is Monday through Friday. The role also includes regular opportunities to travel for shoots, events, customer features, and industry trips. You will work closely with our marketing team to capture strong content and turn it into assets that help build the Cali Raised brand and drive sales.

Core Responsibilities

Plan, capture, and edit photo and video content for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, and timelines with the marketing team and any talent involved.

Assist with shot planning, storyboards, and creative direction when needed.

Handle the full post‑production process, including editing, audio, colour, exports, and formatting for each platform.

Publish and manage content across our platforms, including:

Instagram (posts, stories, reels)

TikTok

YouTube (shorts and long‑form)

Facebook

Website content where needed (banners, product pages, blog support)

Work with the marketing team to schedule content consistently and keep posting cadence on track.

Repurpose content across platforms while keeping the brand look and messaging consistent.

Organise and maintain media libraries, raw footage, project files, and asset folders.

Create graphics and branded assets as needed, including:

Social post graphics

Web banners

Email graphics

Print materials for events and promos

Support a variety of content formats, such as:

Product photography and product feature videos

Social reels, short‑form edits, and story‑driven content

Instructional and installation media

Brand lifestyle and behind‑the‑scenes content

Event coverage and recap content

Required Experience & Skills

Strong portfolio showcasing photo and video work (graphic design work is a plus).

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially:

After Effects

Photoshop

Lightroom

Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus, or willingness to learn.

Skilled with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.

Ability to manage media projects from start to finish without needing constant oversight.

Experience publishing and optimising content for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Understanding of what makes content perform, including hooks, pacing, captions, formatting, and thumbnails.

Graphic design experience using Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools is highly valued.

Able to produce both product‑focused and lifestyle content independently.

Familiar with social media trends and performance‑driven content.

Bonus: graphic design portfolio including ads, product guides, promo assets, dealer materials, or email graphics.

Primary Need This Role Solves Cali Raised LED needs consistent, high‑quality content production and publishing to keep up with product launches, marketing campaigns, dealer support, and customer education. This role creates the photo, video, and design assets that power our brand across every platform, while ensuring content is posted, organised, and delivered on schedule.

Pay range is $26–30 per hour.
