We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to join our cross‑functional product organization, working hands‑on on our IoT measurement technology, customer app, and digital portal while leading and developing a few team members.
You will combine strategic ownership, people leadership, and hands‑on product work. You’ll uncover real user problems, validate solutions early, and ensure that teams deliver measurable outcomes with real business impact.
This is not a feature factory. We’re looking for a leader who thinks in outcomes, not outputs — and who leads by example through discovery, data, and close collaboration with design and engineering.
Your Mission.
Lead continuous product discovery through interviews, tests, and prototypes
Frame and prioritize problems based on real user needs and business goals
Translate company strategy into a clear product vision and actionable roadmaps
Define and track success metrics (e.g., activation rate, retention, device stability)
Drive end-to-end delivery with a strong focus on outcomes, quality, and focus
Take direct people responsibility for team members (coaching, feedback, development)
Support and grow PMs in discovery skills, prioritization, and stakeholder management
Act as a player–coach: owning product initiatives yourself while enabling others
Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and outcome ownership
Align designers, engineers, and stakeholders around shared goals and priorities
Act as a key product counterpart to engineering, design, and business leadership
Ensure clarity and alignment across multiple product initiatives and teams
Your Background.
Several years of experience in Product Management or adjacent roles
Proven ability to lead products and people in a cross‑functional environment
Strong user empathy and a solid track record of product discovery
Outcome‑oriented mindset – you talk KPIs, not just features
Technical fluency – you don’t code, but speak dev
Confidence in decision‑making, prioritization, and trade‑offs
Curiosity, initiative, and a strong bias for action
