We’re hiring a
Business Development Representative
(m/f/d) to help us build and scale a
new international use case
– from first outreach to
closing the first paying customers
and transitioning the market into our standard business.
You combine
structured outbound execution, hands‑on customer work , and a strong
ownership mindset . You’ll work in a
two‑step B2B2B sales model
(partners/multipliers → end customers), drive pilot phases, and turn early traction into a repeatable go‑to‑market motion.
This is not a “lead handover only” role. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility end-to‑end — from prospecting to pilots to first closes — and who brings speed, clarity, execution, and initiative to the table.
Your Mission.
Identify, prioritize, and approach international target customers and relevant partners in the go‑to‑market setup
Run structured outbound (cold outreach, follow‑ups, qualification) and build a healthy pipeline
Keep momentum high and manage next steps consistently across multiple stakeholders
Lead first conversations and understand customer processes and decision criteria
Translate needs into a clear value proposition and business case
Own opportunities from first contact through offer/business case to
closing
(incl. objection handling and stakeholder management)
Write
individualized pitches
and sharpen messaging and argumentation based on market feedback
Prepare pilot phases and
proactively guide
customers and partners through execution and success criteria
Continuously collect new market insights & learnings and use them to refine playbooks and repeatable sales motions
Navigate the interplay between partners and end customers and keep all parties aligned
Support business development
on‑site at customers when needed
(e.g., key meetings, pilot setup, critical milestones) to accelerate trust and deal progress
Document learnings and success patterns to enable a smooth handover into our standard sales organization
Your Background.
1–2 years of experience
in sales (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) or consulting/customer‑facing roles with strong commercial exposure
Proven strength in
outbound
and/or structured opportunity management through to closing
Entrepreneurial mindset: you move without perfect processes and create structure where needed
High ownership and initiative: you take responsibility, follow through, and get things done
Closing mentality: you can drive decisions and move deals forward with persistence and clarity
Bonus: understanding of multi‑step sales models (partner sales / B2B2B)
Fluent in
German & English
(additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel
(national/international), as some customer and pilot work happens on‑site
