Role Overview This entry-level Acute Care Registered Nurse provides direct patient care within a Med-Tele / Med-Surg inpatient environment. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

This role is well-suited for early-career nurses seeking to build strong acute-care fundamentals in a supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process

Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient status

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions

Supervise and guide ancillary personnel as appropriate

Maintain professional nursing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact-eligible)

1–2 years of inpatient or acute-care nursing experience

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Compensation & Incentives

Salary Range:

$67,073 – $85,569 (DOE)

Sign-On and/or Relocation Bonus:

Available for candidates with 2+ years of experience
