AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Pay Range Base pay range: $12.00/yr – $14.00/yr
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Adapt to any store zone – Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room or Stockroom – as required.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying compliant with company policy.
Assist teammates to keep the store running smoothly.
Act with integrity, always following AEO policies and procedures.
