Ensure quality, health and safety and client centered approaches for individuals served in our Industrial Work Centers. Partners with Focus Area Manager in day-to-day operational aspects of the Work Center where applicable. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Gather Industrial Services information and participates in client quarterly and annual ISP reviews. Assist in establishing pre-vocational goals and training Team Leads on how to assist clients in achieving these goals. Responsible for accuracy and quality of client files kept on-site or electronically. Serve as liaison with Families/Guardians, Residential Providers (Internal and External), Case Managers, Behavioral Consultants and other key team members that make up the clients' interdisciplinary teams. Responsible for assisting in client specific training of Team Leads on client ISP/PCISP. Assist Team Leads to prepare for BQIS surveys, state audits, accreditation and internal reviews Attend all scheduled trainings and staff meetings. Meet standards and complete documentation required by state, federal and accreditation regulations. Be aware and submit reportable incidents within required time frame. Develop and submit appropriate funding budgets as determined by state entity. Maintain system for determining and documenting an individual's eligibility to be a participating employee under the AbilityOne Program. Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head. Reasonable suspicion of a crime against an ICF/MR resident must be reported to Indiana State Department of Health and Law Enforcement (Elder Justice Act). Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals. Perform other duties as assigned. Report to work as scheduled. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services and one (1) year experience working with developmentally disabled people or five (5) years' experience. Valid driver's license.
