Registered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room

155 bed Level 2 Trauma center located 20 miles north of Austin
The hospital received received the Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence from Healthgrades and also earned a national distinction for patient safety from The Leapfrog Group. Required QualificationsRegistered Nurse, ORExperience: 1 yearLicenses: RN(Compact Accepted)SSN RequiredDOB RequiredWork History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 yearGeneral surgery, orthopedic and neuro surgery experience both RN and TechBasic general OR knowledge of more than one yearIf candidate is for CVOR they MUST have at least two years of CVOR experience, to include: ALL ADULT open heart cases, OPEN and ENDOVASCULAR cases. This includes open and endovascular Triple A surgery, and must be willing to work with the Cath lab on cases such as TAVR (trans aortic valve replacement). This includes RN and Tech. Preferred QualificationsMeditechTrauma experience both RN and TechVascular surgery exp, RN and Tech. Cases such as fistula creations, and endarterectomy surgery
