Responsibilities
Identify customer’s termite problems and apply knowledge of termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
Apply anti‑termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity, discuss procedures and structural modifications that may be supplemental.
Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
Complete production forms documenting services provided.
Interact with customers and explain services provided.
Essential Job Functions
Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and damp/dusty locations.
Prepare the job site for treatment.
Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
Be comfortable working 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces.
Have general laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter, or attic experience (plus).
Work on roofs and high areas.
Move around regularly—sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, using stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
Wear personal protective equipment (e.g., OSHA‑compliant respirator) and be comfortable working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.
Qualifications
Clean shaven face—required for rebreather fit.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license from state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).
At least 1 year of customer service experience; prior termite control experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Flexible with working hours, Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
Required licenses/certificates as mandated by federal, state, or local regulations (covered by us).
Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; capable of following mixing instructions on product labels.
Pay Range Hourly: $20.00 – $23.00
