Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain database systems.
Monitor database performance and optimize queries.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure database security and access controls.
Troubleshoot database issues and errors.
Collaborate with developers to support applications.
Maintain database documentation and standards.
Apply patches, upgrades, and migrations.
Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning.
Ensure compliance with data governance and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3-6 years of experience as a DBA.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Experience with database backup, recovery, and security practices.
Preferred Skills
Certifications such as Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with cloud database solutions.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Ability to design and implement high-availability systems.

Salary: $110,400.00 - $130,000.00
