We are seeking an experienced
Primavera P6 Scheduler
to support
utility transmission and substation projects , including high-voltage
T-Line, substations, and renewable interconnections .
This role partners with
Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams
to develop and maintain
resource-loaded P6
schedules across EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR delivery models. Responsibilities span planning through construction and commissioning, with a strong focus on critical path analysis, risk mitigation, and schedule performance.
Ideal candidates bring deep utility experience and the ability to translate complex field and engineering inputs into executable project schedules.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain
LSM and CPM schedules
for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects.
Build and update
resource- and cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedules
aligned with baselines and execution strategies.
Integrate inputs from
engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
teams.
Link
WBS to FBS
for accurate forecasting, cash flow, and financial alignment.
Produce
earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash flow reports
for project controls and executive reporting.
Conduct
critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time-impact assessments .
Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support
look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement .
Maintain
compliant schedule documentation
per contract and company standards
What You'll Bring
5+ years of scheduling experience
supporting
utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations .
Advanced Primavera P6 expertise , including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development.
Experience with
Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment schedules
for utility projects.
Familiarity with
TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk , or similar schedule analysis tools.
Proven ability to
collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
on utility projects.
Strong
communication and influencing skills , coordinating across multiple departments.
Highly
organized and self-motivated , able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
High school diploma required ; Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Compensation Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $111,000.00/Yr. – USD $145,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
