Parts Specialist About Us Landers CDJR of Little Rock is looking for a highly motivated parts specialist to join a knowledgeable, guest-focused team with over 100 years of combined parts experience. What You’ll Bring As a Parts Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our service department and retail customers by supplying accurate parts information, fulfilling orders efficiently, and providing an outstanding customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a team focused environment.

A passion for automotive parts

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork

Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field

Reynolds experience (not required)

MOPAR experience (not required)

Position Overview

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays

Base salary with sales commission
